The Pier Charity are currently running a tender process for an operator to work on the catering in the Visitor Centre.
HASTINGS PIER – VISITOR CENTRE FOOD AND BEVERAGE OPPORTUNITY
Hastings Pier Charity, a Community Benefit Society, is undertaking the project to rebuild and reopen Hastings Pier. With a planned opening in Spring 2016, HPC is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified operators to tender for the opportunity to provide the food and beverage operation in the Visitor Centre on the pier.
The Visitor Centre will be one of the focal points of the new Hastings Pier with a food and Beverage opportunity on the ground floor and on the roof terrace, providing an unique environment for guests to enjoy. The Visitor Centre also provides significant additional opportunities outside of normal trading times for events and functions.
We are looking for a partner who can provide a varied café/ bistro offering and can work closely with Sussex Coast College to provide developmental and employment opportunities for local apprentices and trainees.
