There was a great start to our ‘My Pier’ Celebration Bunting project with a day at Sussex Coast College on 28th January. Around 80 students joined in on the day, while other art and illustration students will be taking part in their departments.
The students used images from the HPC digital collection to find out about the heritage of the Pier and inspire their bunting designs.
As well as schools and playgroups, youth groups such as the Guiding and Scouting organisations and the Woodcraft folk are also taking part.
